Common questions.

Payment terms are fixed in the contract before the order: you can pay the factory directly or through us. The usual pattern is a deposit and the balance after inspection.

The factory sets it, not us. We look for suppliers whose minimum fits your volume and can combine small orders in one shipment.

Yes. We collect samples, check them and send them to you before you place the order.

Production usually takes 2–6 weeks depending on the product; delivery adds from a few days by air to 4–6 weeks by sea. You get a schedule with the proposal.

That is what the pre-shipment inspection is for: defective goods are reworked or replaced at the factory before they leave China.
